Design
Bringing Ideas to Life
The journey of every piece of jewelry begins with a vision. Our expert designers work closely with clients to conceptualize unique and elegant designs. Using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, we create detailed 3D models that allow us to perfect every aspect of the piece before production begins. This ensures a flawless balance of beauty, comfort, and durability.
Mold Making
Creating the Master Model
Once the design is finalized, we create a master model using wax or resin. This model serves as the blueprint for the final piece. Our skilled artisans handcraft intricate details, ensuring that even the smallest elements are captured with precision. A rubber or silicone mold is then made from the master model, allowing us to produce multiple wax replicas with consistent quality.

Casting
Transforming Wax into Metal
First, we attach waxes of the jewelry to a central tree, then, we cover the entire piece with a special heat-resistant plaster. When heated, the wax melts away, leaving a hollow mold in its exact shape. Next, we put metal into this hollow space. After the metal cools and hardens, we break away the plaster, revealing the rough metal jewelry piece, ready for the next steps.
Filling & Pre-Polishing
Refining the Details
After casting, the metal piece is carefully cleaned and refined. Our craftsmen meticulously file down any rough edges, remove excess metal, and smooth out imperfections. This process ensures that every surface is flawless before moving to the next step. Pre-polishing enhances the shine and prepares the piece for stone setting.

Polishing is an essential step in enhancing the beauty of the jewelry. Using specialized tools and polishing compounds, our artisans meticulously buff and refine each surface to remove any remaining imperfections. This process brings out the metal’s natural luster and ensures a smooth finish. Multiple stages of polishing are performed to achieve the desired shine before moving to plating.
